Fish Oil Versus Krill Oil – A New Report I Read & Recommend

I just finished reading an informative report called, “What your doctor Never Told you About Fish Oil.”

I want to sincerely encourage you to take the time to read this eye-opening special report about the potential – and very real – dangers of Fish Oil.

Inside it you’ll discover:

  • How some fish oils may be elevating levels of oxidative stress in your body and increasing your risk for advanced aging and disease!
  • A fish oil related neurotoxin which can cause irreversible brain damage
  • The disturbing truth about the fish finding their way into YOUR supplements (we bet you didn’t realize this)
  • How to detect and avoid rancid fish oil containing incredibly dangerous lipid peroxides
  • The mega-powerful carotenoid found in the best sources of essential fatty acids – but probably not YOUR bottle of fish oil!
  • The real environmental impact fish harvesting is having on eco-systems

I learned a lot more than the above in this easy to read, but clearly authoritative report.

For instance, in my case I have been taking fish oil supplements for over a decade until about a year or so ago. Why did I stop? Mostly because I started to increase the amount of fish I ate regularly.

I had heard that too much fish oil was actually bad for you, so I kind of guessed that I was probably getting enough with my Kippers for breakfast and relatively frequent servings of Salmon and/or Tilipia.

In the report, I learned among other things about the levels of both mercury and pcbs in fish. More interestingly, I learned which varieties were more likely to be contaminated and which less.

There was info there I immediately shared with my wife, as we have somewhat different opinions about the fish we will eat. You should grab this report for that reason alone. Just too much to recopy here, and besides, I really think you should read the report. There is a ton more information you need to know about Omega 3′s and the different types, how to get them and what they do.

I’ve never seen such dry and boring material presented as well.

The bottom line is that krill have some significant advantages over most fish oils for a variety of reasons not the least of which is sustainability of the harvest and the ecological aspects of the resource. Some of the side effects of krill oil are quite positive.

Now it’s not without some controversy, which is another thing I like about this report. It spells out where and why people disagree. Frankly I buy their argument that a controlled harvest of Krill doesn’t necesarily threaten the world’s whale population. But you can judge for yourself.

Krill oil has some significant advantages over fish oil. Despite learning this, I will personally stay with my frequent eating of fish, although I may well change the mix of fish I eat as a result.

If you are not a big fish eater, I would strongly suggest you think about finding a good source of Krill Oil.

There is a Krill Oil coupon at the end of the report. Get the report, read it. Then decide whether or not you want to use the coupon and  start using Krill Oil as your source of Omega 3′s.The Prograde nutrition folks appear to be your top choice if you are looking for a place where to buy krill oil.
